Winter is fast approaching, and Connecticut residents are no strangers to the sorts of hazards winter weather can bring. Darkness falls early, limiting visibility. Recently, a Connecticut driver failed to maintain control of her car. As the vehicle skidded across the road, it crossed lanes of oncoming traffic. The small sedan then slammed into a tree.
