As Connecticut parents are certainly aware, a teen getting his or her driver’s license is both an exciting and a frightening milestone. Recently, a Connecticut teen was in the parking lot of her high school. She was standing near the rear of a vehicle parked in the lot. Suddenly, another driver put his or her car in reverse and did not see the girl standing behind the vehicle.
